Whitney Bank offers all of their account holders (personal, small business, and commercial) numerous online banking services including online bill pay, e-statements, account transfers, monitoring tools, and more. - Whitney Bank does not currently have an automated telephone banking service, however account holders can get in touch with a customer service associate at (1-800-844-4450) for basic account information and/or updates.
Step 1 – Go to the Whitney Bank homepage.
Step 2 – Select which online banking service to log in to via the drop-down menu located in the upper-right corner of the homepage (as outlined in the screenshot below).
Step 3 – Enter your logon ID and password into the blank entry fields, and click the ‘Sign On’ button.
- Forgot Password – To reset your password, click on the ‘Forgot your password?’ link located within the login form. You will need your logon ID in order to begin the reset process.
Whitney Bank provides account holders with mobile applications for iPhone, Android, and iPad devices.
Whitney Bank’s entire website is mobile-compatible and can be accessed from all current mobile internet browsers, and is located at the same URL as the desktop version (https://whitneybank.com).
Step 1 – To sign into your online banking account, select which type of online service to sign in to via the menu in the upper-right corner.
Step 2 – Enter your logon ID and password into the input fields.
Step 3 – Click the ‘Sign On’ button to access your online banking account.

Step 1 – Go to the Personal Online Banking Enrollment webpage.
Step 2 – You will be redirected to the three-step enrollment form. Enter your ATM/VISA card number, account number, and SSN into the input fields and click the ‘Submit’ button to continue to Whitney Bank online banking enrollment process.
