Prosperity Bank provides and online and mobile banking service that allows customers to access their accounts and transact remotely. Some of the features available on the service are bill payment, account information inquiry, loan payments, transaction downloads and statement retrieval. - Should you need help with enrollment or login, you can call customer service at 1-800-531-1401.
Step 1 – Open the Prosperity Bank homepage. Enter your Access ID and Passcode on the login form located on the top left of your screen as shown below.
Step 2 – Click ‘Login’
- Forgot Passcode – To reset your passcode, you will need to provide your access ID, Social Security Number and account number
Prosperity Bank has provided mobile apps to facilitate mobile banking services. They have an app for Android and iOS.
You do not need to download applications to use mobile banking. You can access it using a mobile browser. Go to http://www.prosperitybankusa.com where you will be prompted to log in. Provide your login credentials to access your online banking account.
Enroll in Online Banking
Step 1 – Open the Prosperity Bank homepage and click ‘Enroll’ on the login form as illustrated below.
Step 2 – Read and agree to the bank’s terms and conditions and then click ‘I Agree’ to proceed.
Step 3 – You will be redirected to the enrollment options page where you are required to choose how you want to enroll. Pick the option that applies to you and then click on “click here to enroll”.
Step 4 – Fill in the enrollment form and set up your security questions. Click ‘Continue’ to proceed.
Step 5 – Provide all required information to complete the enrollment process.
