Rockland Trust provides both personal and business account holders with multiple online and mobile baking services. Users who already have a Rockland Trust online account can sign in via the login form located on the homepage (which is outlined in the screenshot below). Users must enter their unique user ID.
- Rockland Trust’s telephone banking system can be accessed by calling this secure number (1-800-222-2299), available 24 hours per day seven days per week.
Step 1 – Go to the Rockland Trust homepage, and enter your user ID into the login form located at the top of the page.
Step 2 – Enter your password into the blank input field, and then click ‘Login’ button.
- Forgot User ID – If you have forgotten your user ID, you need to get in touch with a Rockland Trust customer support representative either via email (Customer.service@RocklandTrust.com), or phone (1-800-222-2299).
- Forgot Password – Enter your user ID into the login form (located on the top of any Rockland Trust webpage) and click the ‘Log In’ button. After being redirected to the password entry form, click on the ‘Forgot my password’ link.

Rockland Trust’s mobile website is located at (www.rocklandtrust.com). To access online banking via a mobile browser, go to the Rockland Trust homepage, and then click on the security icon located in the upper-right corner (outlined in the screenshot below). A login form will appear, enter your user ID, and then click the ‘Log In’ button to continue the verification process.
Enroll in Online Banking
Step 1 – Go to the Rockland Trust e-banking enrollment page here.
Step 2 – Select between ‘personal online banking’ and ‘business online banking.’
Step 3 – Provide enrollment verification details, and click the ‘Submit Enrollment’ button.
