Step 1 – Go to the Metro Bank homepage and click on the online login button at the top right hand corner or your screen.
Step 2 – Choose your account type from the drop down menu.
Step 3 – You will be automatically redirected to the online banking login page. Enter your customer number or user name and click “Continue”.
Step 4 – Verify your ID by entering your security number and password.
- Forgotten your Username or Customer Number – get in touch with customer service to recover your username and customer number.
- Forgotten your Password: You will be required to provide your 12 digit customer number and your security number.
- Forgotten your Security Number: You will be required to provide your 12 digit customer number and your password.
Metro Bank has a personal banking app for Android, iOS and Windows Phone that allows users to access and manage their accounts remotely. Customers must have a valid UK mobile number to use the app.
Enroll in Online Banking
Step 2 – You will be redirected to the internet banking portal. Click “Register For Internet Banking”
Step 3 – Enter your 12 digit Customer Number, your magic word and the last 4 digits of your mobile phone number.
