Citadel Bank offers both domestic and international wire transfer services, and provides its account holders with one routing number (used for nearly all domestic transfers and payments). Routing Number On Check
Routing numbers are numbers used by financial institutions to identify and track money transfers between different accounts. Every bank’s routing number is located on their checks on the bottom left-hand corner, to the left of the account number (as seen in the sample check below).
How to Wire Funds
Transfers can be made through Citadel online banking, by phone at (800) 666-0191, or at a Citadel Branch. A wire transfer costs between $10 and $50 depending on whether it is domestic or international and whether the transfer is incoming or outgoing.
To initiate a domestic outgoing wire transfer, the following information will be required:
- Your full name
- Your phone number
- Your physical address
- Name of recipient
- Recipient’s phone number and address
- Amount of transfer
- Bank of recipient
- Recipient’s bank address and account information
- ABA routing number of recipient
- Special comments/instructions (if applicable)
