SunTrust Bank offers online account services to personal, business, and wealth management customers. For both personal and business accounts, users can log in by going to the bank’s personal or business homepage, selecting between ‘Online Banking’ and ‘Online Cash Manager’ and then entering their user ID and password into the appropriate fields (as seen in the following image).
For users with wealth management accounts, they may access their account by visiting the wealth management webpage (located in the upper-menu of the homepage) and then enter their specific user information (user ID and password).

Users on a mobile device can access their online account area by visiting SunTrust’s mobile website (mobile.suntrust.com) and entering their user details into the appropriate fields. Located to the right is a screenshot of what the mobile login page looks like.
Using the SunTrust mobile app allows customers to quickly and easily access account information, conduct transfers, issue payments, and more. How to Enroll
Go to This WebPage and click on the button that says ‘Sign Up Now’ with the orange button reading ‘GO’.
On the next page you will be able to enter either your SunTrust Debit Card, SunTrust Account Number, or SunTrust Personal Credit Card and you will be able to create a Username and Password and login to view online statements, online bill pay, eBills, and mobile banking.
