First Tennessee Bank provides an online platform where users can view account balances, review account activity, transfer funds and pay bills.

Step 1 – Go to the bank’s homepage. The login form is at the top of the left hand side of the page.
Step 2 – Enter your User ID and click “Log In”.
Forgot User ID – If you have forgotten your user ID, you can recover it here. You will be required to enter your email address and click “Submit”. You should receive your user ID in your email within 10 minutes of submitting your email address. Should you encounter any problems with User ID recovery, call 1-888-382-4968.
First Tennessee bank has mobile apps for both Android and iOS.
First Tennessee Bank has a mobile site (ftb.com) where users can access mobile banking services. Choose your mobile banking option to proceed to the log in page.
You will be required to provide your User ID to log in.
Enroll in Online Banking
Step 1 – Go to the Online Banking Enrollment page and review the Banking Online Agreement. You can opt to print and retain it for your records. Check the relevant boxes and click “Agree” to continue.
Step 2 – You will be asked whether you have your First Check or ATM and PIN. Click “Yes” to continue. If you do not have this information, it will take you up to one business day to enroll. If you do, you will be able to enroll and access your account immediately.
Step 3 – You will be required to fill in the following details:
- First Check or ATM Card Number*
- Primary Account Number*
- E-mail Address*
You can now login into your account.
